A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and or the Masters division and compete in them as well (as long as they qualify for all three). Crossovers are permitted in “like” categories only.
Crossovers. are especially encouraged for any one who qualifies by age for a chance to win Masters Pro Card status.

First competition ever, in any category with any organization.

Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides
Teens within any division in the
same category (ex. Figure) with
anyorganization (unless was the only competitor in the class).

Open to anyone regardless of age and level of experience

Ample muscularity (size), good definition (leanness), but not too extreme, and presentation. The targeted look is a little less extreme than Men's Bodybuilding.


Recipients will qualify for the OCB Nationals.

Pro Card status will be awarded if OCB requirements are met.

Best Poser Award for best presentation in the competition.

Best Body Part
Individual body part awards will be given to competitors that compete in their Open Division. Men who compete in Body Building Open will have the chance to win Best Back, Chest, Biceps and Legs. Men who compete in Physique Open will have the chance to win Best Back, Chest, and Abs. Women who compete in Bikini Open will have the chance to win Best Legs, Shoulders, and Back. Women who compete in Figure Open will have the chance to win Best Legs, Back and Shoulders. Women who compete in Physique Open will have the chance to win Best Legs, Back and Biceps.

Team Trophy Award, presented to the team/gym/fitness center who has the most competitors in the competition (proof required). Please list your gym or team name on the entry form.

Early entry fee is $70. Each additional class is $40.
A $4 PayPal convenience fee will be added to your total.
After August 11, entry fee will be $100. Crossover will be $50 each.

NO EXCEPTIONS. Note: All entry fees are non-refundable.

Polygraph fee is $45 (Cash paid directly to Event Polygrapher at time of polygraph).

All payments must be submitted through the PayPal link on this website. PayPal account not required. Credit card or debit card accepted.

Individual Presentations/Stage Walks are voluntary and are not part of scoring.

Backstage policy
ONE assistant/trainer per competitor allowed- NO EXCEPTIONS! Every assistant/trainer MUST buy a Trainers Ticket, which is good for General Admission and back stage.

Drug Testing


Polygraph fee is $45 payable in cash or money order to the polygraph examiner at the time of testing. Photo identification required. Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other contests will not be honored. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event. If any competitors are not polygraph tested for the event they are ineligible for competition. All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. Polygraph testing will take place on Friday, 8/25/2017 at the host hotel 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

URINE (SAMPLE COLLECTION) TESTING IS REQUIRED for ALL Pro Card recipients immediately following the award ceremony at the finals show. Please have your current driver’s license with you for testing ID. Pro Card recipients that do not produce a urine sample with our medical staff before leaving the contest venue will forfeit their Pro Card and contest placement. No Exceptions! (Urine testing is the promoter’s expense.)
